In this recipe I use coconut oil as its antiviral, aids digestion and can give you energy boost. Raw honey contains enzymes needed for digestion and its a good source of antioxidants.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw honey
1. Combine coconut oil and honey in blender or just with a fork in a mixing bawl.
2. Once combined pour into silicone molds.
3. Next, pop in to freezer for 30 minutes.
4. Store in the fridge and consume as a snack between meals or when you have sugar cravings.
