Consultation Process

Many of your symptoms could be directly related to what you eat, or what you don’t eat? Because your health issues are unique to you, any plan to help you should be too. I will help you identify your nutritional needs and address any health symptoms. Having a personal consultation with me, can help you take those first steps to a healthier life.

 

The length of the program depends on your state of health and the goals you want to achieve. 

Note: Nutritional Therapy should never be treated as a replacement for medical advice, but they frequently cooperate with medical professionals.

Initial consultation 

This session focuses on information gathering by using the health questionnaire and functional medicine tools to understand 'you'

  1. I will ask a lot of questions about:

  • Your current and past symptoms 

  • Your medical history 

  • Diagnostic results

  • Your lifestyle; eating habits, physical activity, energy levels, sleep patterns, stress etc.

   2. I will try to build a picture of what is going on in your body, and what may be causing some of your current symptoms. 

 

Follow-up consultation

  1. I will explain to you all the cause of your health problems. 

  2. I will lay out a strategy to achieve your goals, including tailored dietary advice, recipes, menu planning, lifestyle advice and tools to keep you motivated and focused. Supplementation and/or lab testing may be required at times.
