- 200g steak beef
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped (red and white)
- 1 fermented cucumber, chopped
- radish, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Place meat in the middle of the plate.
Make a slight indentation in the center of the tartare and place egg yolk in it.
Surround the tartare with onions, cucumber and radish.
