Ingredient
Wild Caught Salmon
Fresh Dill
Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Filtered Water
1 tbsp Honey
1 ½ tbsp Salt
Place sliced fish into a bowl.
Sprinkle with dill and pepper.
Dissolve honey, salt in water to make a brine.
Pour brine over fish.
Leave at room temperature for 1 - 1 ½ hours.
Pour the water out.
Store in the fridge and consume within two days.
