Stage 2 - Swedish Gravlax

This dish is so simple to make.Try to buy wild salmon in the season and you will get all the essential fatty acids that your body needs.



Ingredient

  • Wild Caught Salmon

  • Fresh Dill

  • Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 cup Filtered Water

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1 ½ tbsp Salt

  1. Place sliced fish into a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with dill and pepper.

  3. Dissolve honey, salt in water to make a brine.

  4. Pour brine over fish.

  5. Leave at room temperature for 1 - 1 ½ hours.

  6. Pour the water out.

  7. Store in the fridge and consume within two days.
