Stage 2 - Stew
1 leek, chopped
1 onion, chopped
different types of pumpkins, chopped
4 celery sticks,chopped
1 kg of meat (on the bone with fat or any organs. In here, I used chicken hearts and stomach)
1 liter meat stock
salt and pepper
4 bay leaves
Any animal fat
Place animal fat in to cast iron pot.
2. Add some meat.
3. On the top of meat add chopped vegetables.
4. Cover all ingredients with meat stock.
5. Add some spices and herbs.
6. Place in the oven 170'C for 3 hours.
7. Serve with a bit of raw garlic and sauerkraut.
