Yoghurt or kefir cheese can be used for baking, added to salads, soups or mix with fruit and served as a dessert. Here yoghurt cheese is stuffed with peppers.
5 small peppers
yoghurt/kefir cheese
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp. dill, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic
Cut off the tops of the peppers and take out the seeds.
Cut peppers in half.
Mix cheese, onion, dill, garlic in a small bowl.
Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture.
