1 small Chinese cabbage, shredded
4-5 radish, chopped
1 kohlrabi, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil
Combine veggies in a large bowl.
Whisk together dressing (sour cream&pumpkin seed oil) and toss to coat.
Feel free to add shredded carrot, thinly sliced sweet pepper, or whatever else you have on hand.
Optional additions: chopped peanuts, cilantro or fresh mint, scallions, or diced hot pepper.
