Ingredients:
· 400g ground beef
· 1 egg, optional
· 2 - 3carrots, grated
· 1 white onion, grated
· 2 garlic cloves
· Oregano, 1 tbsp.
· Basil, 1 tbsp.
· Salt and pepper
· 1 tbsp. lard
1. Preheat your oven to 180’C.
2. Mix all ingredients with your hands, in the bawl.
3. Spread lard onto the bottom of oven dish.
4. Roll the meat into a meatball and place in the dish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
