Ice Cream



  • 1 cup milk

  • 5 eggs yolks

  • 1 cup cream

  • ½ cup honey

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt



  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Place the mixture, in the pan, on low heat.

  3. Stir constantly but not consistently until it thickens. The mixture is thick enough when it coats a spoon.

  4. Let it cool.

  5. Pour into freezer-safe container and freeze until set.

  6. Stir every couple hours or so, if desired.
