Homemade Mayonnaise


- 1 egg

- 1cup cold pressed olive oil

- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

- Salt & pepper for taste


Add all ingredients, but not oil) to a food processor or blender, and blend until combined.

While processor is running, slowly add oil into mix.

Once oil has been added, check mayo for consistency. If you want a bit more thick, add a bit more oil very slowly until your desired consistency is reached.
