Introduce only one small piece of the fish a day. The fish has to be very fresh. The fish is not cooked so all the nutrients and essential fatty acids are preserved.

Ingredients:
Fresh salmon pieces
1 l Room temperature water
1 tbsp Honey
1 ½ tbsp Salt
Fresh Dill
Fresh Black Pepper
5 Easy Steps:
Place fish slices into a deep tray.

2. Sprinkle with dill sprigs and pepper.

3. Dissolve honey and salt in water to make a brine.

4. Pour brine over fish.

5. Leave at room temperature for 1 - 1 ½ hours.
