Grain Free Crackers
2 1/2 cups mix of different seeds (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, linseeds)
1 tsp. sea salt
5 tsp. coconut oil
1/3 cup boiling water
3 egg yolks
any spices you like: oregano, basil, pepper, garlic, black pepper, rosemary...
sweet version; honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom...
Preheat oven 180'C.
Add all ingredients in the bowl and combine until a dough forms.
Place the dough into the middle of baking sheet.
Press the dough until speeds evenly across the baking sheet.
Bake for around 30 minutes, until golden brown.
