Grain Free Crackers


  • 2 1/2 cups mix of different seeds (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, linseeds)

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 5 tsp. coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup boiling water

  • 3 egg yolks

  • any spices you like: oregano, basil, pepper, garlic, black pepper, rosemary...

  • sweet version; honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom...



  1. Preheat oven 180'C.

  2. Add all ingredients in the bowl and combine until a dough forms.

  3. Place the dough into the middle of baking sheet.

  4. Press the dough until speeds evenly across the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for around 30 minutes, until golden brown.
