1 cups of tomato paste
1/2 cup whey
¼ cup honey
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Blend ingredients in the blender.
Add to the jar.
Close tightly with a lid.
Give some head space at the top of the jar.
Ferment at room temperature for 2 days.
Keep in the fridge.
