Fermented Ketchup

  • 1 cups of tomato paste

  • 1/2 cup whey

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper



  1. Blend ingredients in the blender.

  2. Add to the jar.

  3. Close tightly with a lid.

  4. Give some head space at the top of the jar.

  5. Ferment at room temperature for 2 days.

  6. Keep in the fridge.
