Crunchy Chicken Legs

· 4-6 chicken drumstick

· ½ cup almond flour

· 1 egg

· Salt and pepper, to taste




1. Preheat oven to 180’C.

2. Whisk egg with fork and add salt and pepper.

3. Dip drumstick, one by one, in an egg and than in almond flour, turning to coat.

4. Place coated drumsticks on the baking dish.

5. Bake for around 30 minutes.
