1 apple
2 carrot
3 celery sticks
½ avocado
5 tbsp. yoghurt/kefir/sour cream
1 whole/yolk egg
1. Freshly press fruit and vegetables in juicer.
2. Blend in the blender: juice, egg, yoghurt, and avocado.
