1/2 cup almond flour (fermented is best)
1/2 tsp. sea salt
ghee, coconut oil, lard, tallow, or duck fat
toppings; yoghurt, honey, fruit
Place almond flour and salt in a large bowl and combine.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and add to the flour mixture.
Stir well to achieve a batter consistency, using more or less nut butter or eggs, as desired.
Melt fat in pan.
Add batter to pan.
Sauté until cooked on one side, then flip and cook on the other side.
